Utah International School Refund Policy

1. Grade 4 to Grade 12 classes:
Utah International School will make every possible effort to ensure that you are satisfied with our school. However, we appreciate that occasionally exceptional circumstances do arise which force students to withdraw.

Under these circumstances, we will refund Tuition based on the following conditions:

1. New students who wish to terminate their enrollment within three (3) calendar days of enrollment will receive a full tuition refund less $100.00 administration charge.

2. Students or parents who file a Withdrawal form after three (3) calendar days but before 30 calendar days of enrollment will receive a refund of 50% of the last installment paid.

3. Students, who have paid for the entire year, will receive a full refund of the second installment if the Withdrawal form is filed before the 22nd December.

4. To withdraw, the student or parent must send the Withdrawal form to the school administration by fax, email or mail.

2. Exam preparation courses:

Utah International School will make every possible effort to ensure that you are satisfied with our school. However, we appreciate that occasionally exceptional circumstances do arise which force you to withdraw from a course.

Under these circumstances, we will refund Tuition based on the following conditions:

1. New students who wish to terminate their enrollment within two (2) calendar days of enrollment will receive a full refund less $75.00 administration charge.

2. Students or parents who file a Withdrawal form after three (2) calendar days but before 7 calendar days of enrollment will receive a refund of 50% of the last payment made.

3. To withdraw, the student or parent must send the Withdrawal form to the school administration by fax, email or mail.
