UTAH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide diverse education in a supportive environment that promotes self-discipline and motivation and to encourage students to excel and become independent, knowledgeable, self-directed, self-sufficient lifelong learners who will succeed and contribute responsibly in a global community.

Utah International School is located in Brigham City, Utah and is aimed at providing quality online education to students throughout the United States and the world. At UIS we look after each of our students and aim to provide them with the necessary support to achieve their goals.

The online courses that we provide follow a high-quality rigorous, standard scope and sequence curriculum. Teaching is through online courses, small group online classes and one to one private online sessions. .
Our courses offer interactivity between students and teachers and encourage sharing and collaboration in a supportive environment. Students are also required to read, write papers, do assignments, take quizzes and exams, and also depending on the course participate in discussions, just like in traditional courses.

Utah International School uses one of the latest learning platforms which has intelligent teaching capabilities and multi-functional control that enables the student to have better control of the learning process and enables the system to change its teaching strategies and techniques to adopt to the student needs, learning pace and progress.

All our teachers are carefully chosen and specially trained to adopt various effective educational techniques and methodologies into their classroom and courses.

At Utah International School we aim to provide:

Student Counseling: We help our students to plan, set their goals and guide them to achieve their objectives. We also provide personal online counseling to students to prepare for entrance into universities and colleges .

Instructional Support: We provide all needed material, systems, support and services to help our teachers and students pursue their goals.

Continuous Assessment: We implement continuous assessment and monitoring of all our students to provide help as soon as needed.

Evaluation: We continuously evaluate and monitor our teaching methods and results.
